STEVE DUSEK - President/CEO

Steve Dusek is the President/Chief Executive Officer of Prairieland Economic Development Corporation, located in Slayton, Minnesota, where he has held this position since 1996. Steve has developed his nineteen year economic development career in the upper Midwest. A recipient of the 2001 State of Minnesota and Region V Financial Services Advocate of the Year Award, he currently manages a loan portfolio of approximately $65 million and a staff of six. Prairieland's loan portfolio includes over $62 million in SBA 504 loans and over $3 million in Rural Development IRP Loans. Steve has served on the NADCO board since 2003 when he was first elected as a Region V Director, is NADCO's Treasurer and is involved in several NADCO committees. In addition, he has served on the Minnesota Community Capital Board since its formation in 2002.
